Payment Methods and Invoicing

How currencies, wire/bank/card payments, purchase orders, taxes, withholding, milestone billing, retainers, deposits, and payment security are handled.

How this page supports country onboarding

Country pages link to this page with country-specific currency and payment notes.

Important note

This page is general onboarding and review information. It is not legal, tax, regulatory, cybersecurity, financial, or compliance advice, and it does not create certification claims or service commitments. Final obligations belong in signed agreements and approved project documents.

Models

Payment models VarenyaZ can support

Payment may be structured as discovery fee, deposit plus milestones, fixed-scope milestone billing, monthly retainer, time and materials, dedicated team billing, support subscription, or enterprise purchase order billing.

The exact model depends on scope certainty, procurement requirements, project risk, timeline, resourcing, and whether the engagement is project-based or ongoing.

Methods

Payment methods and currencies

Supported payment methods can include bank transfer, wire transfer, card via payment provider, and enterprise purchase order workflows. Supported currencies are identified per country onboarding page and confirmed before invoice issuance.

Payment security

Card data should stay with payment providers

Where card payments are supported, payment card details are processed by the payment provider. VarenyaZ does not intentionally store full payment card details in its own systems.

Clients should verify bank or wire instructions through an approved channel before transferring funds.
