AI Researcher / Engineer
Design and implement machine learning models (NLP, CV, recommendation systems, etc.).
Design and implement machine learning models (NLP, CV, recommendation systems, etc.).
Optimize algorithms for real-world performance.
Collaborate with frontend and backend teams to integrate AI into products.
Stay current with AI/ML research, and apply new techniques to client challenges.
Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar.
Strong Python skills and understanding of ML pipelines.
Prior work on at least one production-level AI feature or tool.
Bonus: experience with model explainability, bias mitigation, or custom LLM tuning.
