United States
- U.S. buyers commonly request NDA, MSA, SOW, DPA, payment setup, security questionnaire, SOC 2 readiness, and insurance/procurement documents where applicable.

What is available and when
A central catalog of public, on-request, NDA-controlled, legal-review, and contract-only materials buyers may need before onboarding.
Country onboarding pages link here as the master buyer-facing procurement catalog.
This page is general onboarding and review information. It is not legal, tax, regulatory, cybersecurity, financial, or compliance advice, and it does not create certification claims or service commitments. Final obligations belong in signed agreements and approved project documents.
Access levels
The document library separates public summaries, on-request templates, NDA-controlled security evidence, legal-review documents, and contract-only obligations. This keeps onboarding transparent without exposing sensitive security details or accidentally creating legal commitments.
Public
Public materials may include country onboarding guides, service overviews, AI Policy, Privacy Policy, Accessibility Statement, Supplier Code of Conduct, Secure SDLC summary, responsible disclosure page, SOC 2 readiness status, and ISO 27001 roadmap status.
Controlled
NDA-controlled materials may include detailed security questionnaires, architecture diagrams, access-control matrices, incident response summaries, backup/DR summaries, control mappings, and penetration test summaries where available. Contract-only materials include signed MSA, SOW, DPA, SCCs, security addenda, SLAs, acceptance criteria, and client-specific data deletion obligations.
